Ingredients
6.0   medium potatoes, 1.0   small onion, 1.0   large egg, 1.0tbsp   flour, 2.0tbsp   chopped herbs, 3.0tbsp   olive oil,

Directions:

o	Peel potatoes and onion, coarsley grate them, then wrap in a cloth and squeeze out excess liquid. PLace in a bowl, add beaten edd, flour, chopped herbs and one teaspoon sea salt and 1 table spoon olive oil.
o	Once these are combined add flour until the mixture is a light batter.
o	Heat vegtable oil in a frying pan until hot and then add two heaped tablespoons of the potatoe mixture. Squash them flat and fry gently on both sides until golden.
o	Keep them warm in an oven until the rest are ready.
