o | Peel potatoes and onion, coarsley grate them, then wrap in a cloth and squeeze out excess liquid. PLace in a bowl, add beaten edd, flour, chopped herbs and one teaspoon sea salt and 1 table spoon olive oil. | ||
o | Once these are combined add flour until the mixture is a light batter. | ||
o | Heat vegtable oil in a frying pan until hot and then add two heaped tablespoons of the potatoe mixture. Squash them flat and fry gently on both sides until golden. | ||
o | Keep them warm in an oven until the rest are ready. |
