250.0ml   sour cream, 125.0ml   shallots,finely sliced 125.0ml   garlic cloves,sliced    oil,    pepper,    salt,

Directions:

o	Sauté shallots and garlic till brown and crispy. (Almost fried, but not deep-fried). Drain well. Blend shallots and garlic with sour cream.
o	Season to taste with salt and pepper. Chill.
