o | Chop vabbage and cook for a few minutes. Cut the grean beans into 1 inch lengths and boil. Remove but retain the water and boil the spinache. Tehn pour the same boiling water over the bean sprouts and leave for 2 minutes. Drain all vegetables thoroughly. | ||
o | Slice the bean curd thinly and fry in a little peanut oil until brown. Peel and slice the cucumber and quater the eggs. Arrance everything on a plate and sprinkle over the crumbeled prawn crisps. |
