o | Wash the kale thoughly and make sure it is completely dry. If it is still damp it will steam and not crisp. | ||
o | Coat the kale with olive oil, and place in oven at 180 degrees | ||
o | Leave in oven for around 10 minutes, though you should keep an eye on the temperature as it will overcook quickly. |
