Ingredients
500.0ml   milk, 2.0tblsp   sugar, 4.0tblsp   butter, 125.0ml   arborio rice, 6.0tblsp   almonds,toasted and chopped 125.0g   rasins, 1.0tsp   brandy,

Directions:

o	Put milk and sugar into a saucepan and heat to simmering point
o	Melt the butter in a heavy sauce pan, add the rice and mix well to coat the grains
o	Add a ladle full of the hot milk and stir well.
o	Add the milk a little at a time, allowing it to be absorbed by the rice, stiring the mxture constantly. Cook ver a moderate heat, stirring frequently to prevent it from sticking.
o	Remove from heat. Once it has cooled slightly, add the remaining ingredients (excet grated chocolate) and stir genty but thouroughly until mixed in.
o	The rice should ne cooked but left a little al dente. Garnish with the chocolate (either for presentation or on individuak servings)
