Ingredients
55.0grams   plain chocolate, 4.0tbsp   golden syrup, 1.0tbsp   butter, 1.0tbsp   brandy or rum, 4.0   bananas, 150.0ml   double cream, 12.0scoops   good quality vanila icecream, 75.0grams   toasted almonds,flaked or chopped    chocolate for sprinkling,flaked or grated

Directions:

Sauce
o	To make sauce, break the chocloate into small pieces and place in a heatproof bowl with syrup and butter. Place the bowl over a saucepan of hot water and heat until melted, stirring constantly, until well blended. Remove from heat and stir in the brandy or rum.
Glass of ice cream
o	Peel and slice the bananas. Place the cream in a large bowl and whip until just holding its shape. Place a scoop of ice cream in the bottom of 4 tall sundae dishes, then top with slices of banana, some sauce, a spoonful of cream and a generous sprinkling of nuts.
o	Repeat the layers, finishing witha generous spoonful of cream, sprinkel with nuts and a little grated chocolate.
