o | Freeze the beef until it is partially frozen. This is to ensure that it is easy to slice. Slice the beef in thin slices f about 2 mm. | ||
o | Mix all ingredients together and place in a bag with the beef. allow to marrinate for around 24 hours. | ||
o | Drain and pat dry. | ||
o | Dehydrate for around 7 hours in the oven. |
