o | Beat eggs until slightly pale, slowly add soda water | ||
o | Once these are combined add flour until the mixture is a light batter. | ||
o | Add salt and pepper | ||
o | Dust vegetables, prawns, and meat in flour, then dip in tempura batter. | ||
o | Fry in 180 C oil | ||
o | Serve with chilie or soya sauce |
