3.0tbsp   butter,unsalted 300.0g   chanterelles or other mushrooms, 300.0g   Onion, 3.0dl   cream, 5.0slices   Norwegain brown cheese, 500.0g   reindeer meat, 50.0g   lingonberries,redcurrent jelly    salt and peper,

Directions:

o	Season with salt and pepper. Add the lingonberries and redcurrant jelly just before serving. Serve with boiled potatoes tossed with some butter and parsley.
o	Brown the meat, onions and mushrooms in butter. Add the cream, sour cream and brown cheese and cook for 5 minutes
