Ingredients
200.0g   shortcrust pastry, 1.0   onion,finely chopped 15.0ml   oil, 100.0g   bacon, 75.0g   cheese, 2.0   eggs, 300.0ml   milk, 1.0ts   mixed herbs,    salt and pepper,

Directions:

o	Line a 17.5cm flan ring with pastry
o	Cover and sauté the onion in the oil for 3 min on high
o	Cook the chopped bacon for 2 minutes on high
o	Place the onion, bacon and grated cheese into flan case
o	Beat together the eggs, milk herbs and seasoning. Pour into flan case, Place on low rack
o	Bake for 20-25 minutes on 200 degrees and microwave on med-low
