o | Using scissors, snip up the sides of the squid to cut each one in half. Open out the pieces and score a diamond pattern on the inside. 2 Mix' the salt, peppercorns, chopped chilli and oil in a bowl. Add the squid (and tentacles if you're using them) and toss to coat. Marinate for 30 mins, if you have time. 3 Fry the squid in a very hot wok or frying pan for 1-2 mins, stirring until just golden. |
