Råmarinerte kamskjell med avokadokrem

En helt fantastisk måte å servere kamskjell på. Marinaden er utrolig og avokadokremen sammen med lime gjør det enda bedre. Lime kan “koke” kamskjellene noe og bør tillsettes like før den serveres.

Stekt sjøkreps med madeirasmør

For oppskriften kan det brukes Sjøkreps eller konge krabbe om hverandre. Om du har levende kreps bør denne kokes i 20s før du skreller den. Steking av krepsehaler.
